Entwicklung eines umfassenden strategischen, industriellen und geschäftlichen Planungsrahmens für die Albanische Entwicklungsbank (ADB) basierend auf dem vorläufigen Blueprint und dem albanischen Kontext. Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung strategischer Entscheidungen in operative Regelungen, Governance-Dokumente, Produktrahmen, Richtlinien, Prozesse und Umsetzungsfahrpläne. Bereitstellung von PMO-Unterstützung zur Koordinierung von Arbeitsströmen, Nachverfolgung von Abhängigkeiten, Problemmangement, Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten und Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung. Definition von Dokumentation, Abnahmekriterien und Nachweisen für die Verifizierung, Validierung, Zertifizierung und Zahlung. Wissenstransfer an ADB-Personal, um die eigenständige Fortführung und Aktualisierung des Rahmens zu ermöglichen.
