Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is working on planning a new framework agreement for the purchase of de-icing and antiising fluids for aircrafts, and refers to a previously published market survey 2025042406 procurement of Bulk chemicals. Prior to this notice, the market is invited to submit inputs for a draft of the tender documentation. The aim of the hearing is to quality assure central competition and contract elements and contribute to the competition providing real competition, predictability and appropriate solutions. The competition is planned to be published in Q4 2026, but it can tentatively be published in medio/ultimo Q3 as needed for previous contract coverage. Feedback shall be delivered in writing via the communication module in Mercell by 03.09.2026 (12:00). Feedback received after the deadline will also be registered, but the tenderer cannot reckon on these being taken into account in the further work.
