Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is working on planning a new framework agreement for the purchase of de-icing and antiising fluids for aircrafts, and refers to a previously published market survey 2025042406 procurement of Bulk chemicals. Prior to this notice, the market is invited to submit inputs for a draft of the tender documentation. The aim of the hearing is to quality assure central competition and contract elements and contribute to the competition providing real competition, predictability and appropriate solutions. The competition is planned to be published in Q4 2026, but it can tentatively be published in medio/ultimo Q3 as needed for previous contract coverage. Feedback shall be delivered in writing via the communication module in Mercell by 03.09.2026 (12:00). Feedback received after the deadline will also be registered, but the tenderer cannot reckon on these being taken into account in the further work.

The procurement will include two sub-contracts: Zone 1: Drammen North Norway ́s extent is estimated to: approx. 267,245 m² lawn, 73,164 m² grass hill, 6,440 bushes and approx. 902 trees, in addition to perennials, roses etc. Zone 2: Drammen SørForeløpig extent is estimated to: approx. 328 409 m² lawn, 190,408 m² grass hill, 7,444 bushes and approx. 1,252 trees, In addition to perennials, roses etc., the framework agreements concern contractor services connected to the care of different types of green areas for park management. The Municipal Engineering Operations Department has a modern machinery that will operate municipal roads, renovation of the pipeline network and the execution of major projects itself. Park and municipal engineering operational personnel are now spread out in different locations, the objective of the procurement is the co-location of the operational personnel. The municipal council has decided that premises shall be rented for this.
