Bedarf an Kompetenz in GIS, Kartenanalysen, Transportmodellen, Strategie, Prozess- und Methodenentwicklung sowie Bedarfserhebungen. Gilt für den gesamten Marktbereich von Ruter für alle Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Bus, Boot) sowie allgemeine Mobilität (Fuß-, Radverkehr, Mikromobilität, Auto, Shared Mobility, Mitfahrgelegenheiten, Buchungstransport. Fünf parallele Rahmenverträge sind vorgesehen.
