The International Trade Centre (ITC) in the Kigoma Joint Programme (KJP) aims to reduce multidimensional poverty and ease economic pressure in refugee-hosting regions by empowering youth and women. It focuses on building sustainable agricultural livelihoods, developing local markets, and fostering inclusive, cross-border trade. In that respect, ITC is seeking to contract a service provider/contractor ideally located in Tanzania to conduct entrepreneurs roadside market stalls with sanitary facilities construction works in Kazuramimba. La Oficina de las Naciones Unidas contra la Droga y el Delito (UNODC), a través de su Oficina para la Región Andina y Cono Sur (ROCOL) solicita la manifestación de interés por parte de proveedores calificados el suministro e instalación a todo costo de veinticuatro (24) beneficiaderos de café. 2. El lugar de ejecución de las obras será en el municipio de Rioblanco, Tolima, zona rural, en las veredas: Danubio, La Verbena, Lindosa, El Moral, La Llaneta, La Aurora, La Cristalina, La Esmeralda y El Mirador, en la Republica de Colombia. 3. La Oficina de las Naciones Unidas contra la Droga y el Delito (UNODC) trabaja con los Estados y la sociedad civil para prevenir que las drogas y el delito amenacen la seguridad, la paz y las oportunidades de desarrollo de los ciudadanos. 3. En ese sentido, se designará un (1) contratista después de una licitación formal para la contratación de las obras civiles para realizar el suministro e instalación de beneficiaderos de café. 3.1 La obra deberá ejecutarse bajo la modalidad a todo costo, incluyendo materiales, mano de obra, equipos, herramientas, transporte, pruebas operativas, limpieza final y disposición autorizada de residuos. 3.2 Los predios intervenidos deberán entregarse operativos y aptos para el uso previsto. 3.3 El contratista deberá adoptar las medidas necesarias para minimizar las afectaciones a las actividades que se desarrollen en los predios intervenidos durante la ejecución de la obra. 4. La presente expresión de interes se hace a proveedores con experiencia en ejecución de obras civiles relacionadas con el requisito de UNODC, mediante un contrato de obra civil. 4.1 La intención de UNODC es realizar la adjudicación a un único proveedor que cumpla con los criterios de elegibilidad, requisitos generales de contratación y el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas solicitadas. 5.Tener en cuenta que este documento no es un llamado a licitación. El propósito de este documento es identificar empresas que estarían interesadas en participar en la licitación cuando se emita y si son invitadas a la licitación manejada por parte de UNODC ROCOL. 6. El documentración del llamado a licitación incluirá instrucciones completas para la prestación de ofertas, términos de referencia (TdRs) y todos los documentos técnicos y de otro tipo necesarios para demostrar el cumplimiento de todas las caracteristicas técnicas requeridas para estos insumos. 7. Un documento (perfil/folleto/presentación de su empresa) de máximo 5 páginas donde presenten su empresa, el tipo de servicios ofrecidos y relacionen algunos proyectos ejecutados de acuerdo con el alcance del presente requisito. 7.2 Número de registro de UNGM de la empresa si ya está registrada como proveedor con la ONU (Si aún no está registrado, las empresas aún pueden responder al EOI, pero se recomienda encarecidamente comience el proceso de registro en el sitio web del Portal Mundial de los Proveedores de las Naciones Unidas (www.ungm.org); identificar la 'Secretaría de la ONU' como una agencia seleccionada e inscribirse en el NIVEL BÁSICO, con el fin de poder ser elegible para ser incluido en la lista de invitados de la licitación. 8.
