Dye lasers (PDL) for the Skin Department at Helse Stavanger HF
Open tender contest in accordance with the Law on Public Procurements and the Public Procurement Regulations, parts I and part II. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete dye laser (PDL) for the Skin Department at Helse Stavanger HF including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for intended use and any scanner(s) necessary for intended use. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for equipment dependent consumables (colour substances and consumables for the cooling system). In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels - service courses - e-learning programme (if offered), - other life cycle costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit as needed). Estimated volume of dyes: The department expects 8,000 pulses per annum. The maximum volume is estimated volume + 50 %. The options shall be valid for as long as the laser is in use. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The laser shall be used for the treatment of port wine stains (port-wine stains) and other vascular malformations on the face, throat and head of children and adults. It is important that the laser provides good possibilities for quick and painless treatment, especially as the laser is to be used for treatment on the face of children in the first year of life without the use of general anaesthesia. The maximum price of the investment is NOK 1,700,000 excluding VAT. The investment is the amount that will be paid for the main product (complete dye lasers including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for the intended use and any scanners necessary for intended use). Tenders exceeding the maximum price of the investment will be rejected. Vestibular rotary chair for the Øre-nasal-throat department at Helse Stavanger HF
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the procurement of 1 vestibular rotary chair for the Øre-nasal-throat department at Helse Stavanger HF. The rotary chair shall be delivered complete with safety equipment (belts). The contract shall include an option for the following: - Service, cf. Annex 9 - Overview of service levels. - Service course - E-learning programme (if offered) - Video glasses with accompanying software for intended use - Other software modules - Dicom licence code (if relevant) - Pads for offered glasses - Moving the rotary chair to the new hospital - Other lifetime costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kits). The options can be KPI-adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2 and shall be valid for as long as the rotary chair is in use. Option on e-learning, other software modules, dicom licence code, pads for the offered spectacle system, moving the rotary chair to the new hospital and other lifecycle costs are not included in the total cost evaluation. The rotary chair shall be used for 1) examination of patients with position vertigo, e.g. benign paroxysmal position vertigo (BPPV/crystal psyche) and 2) treatment of BPPV with controlled reposition manoeuvres. It is advantageous that the rotary chair is movable between different examination rooms in order to use the room and personnel capacity in the hospital in the best possible way. Pipetting robot for the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete pipetting robot, including software and any necessary licence(s) for intended use, to the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF. The pipetting robot shall be delivered with UV light, thermosclers and a fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 v2 and KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of associated equipment dependant consumables. An option is to be offered for service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels, service courses, extended training in programming/advanced functions (if offered), suitable table for lab (if table model), barcode reader with the necessary software (if offered), fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 ctDNAv2, programming and verification of the modified Roche KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2 protocol and other life costs (spare parts/wearing parts/maintenance parts). The option for a suitable table applies for 4 years from the last electronic signing date. Other options apply from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The consumption of equipment dependent consumables can vary from year to year. The estimated pipetting extent is approx. 700 samples per annum. The maximum pipetting scope is 2,000 samples per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The pipetting robot shall be used to pipet patient samples and reagents for preparing NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library for small and medium scale analyses/research project. The background for the procurement is increased use of NGS in routine operations, clinical studies and research projects, and as a result there is a greater need for flexibility in all parts of the analysis process. The pipetting robot shall be installed in the pre PCR 2 room, i.e. a room free of PCR-produkter.Se Annex 1 - Price Form and Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications for further description.
