Tagesdeckel), • den Korrekturläufen, • dem Nutzer- und Schnittstellenmanagement. Die Leistung wird als Cloud-basierte Lösung im Sinne eines Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-Modells beschafft. Vertragsgrundlage ist der EVB-IT Cloudvertrag und dem Kriterienkatalog zum EVB-IT Cloudvertrag). Die fachlichen und funktionalen Detailanforderungen und Musskriterien sind im Lastenheft und den Anlagen zum Lastenheft beschrieben. Zielsetzung: Ziel ist die Bereitstellung und der Betrieb eines hochverfügbaren, skalierbaren und sicheren Systems, das: • komplexe Tarif- und Verbundstrukturen unterstützt, • automatisierte Clearingprozesse ermöglicht und dabei komplexe Clearing- und Abrechnungsregeln abbildet, • offene und standardisierte Schnittstellen unterstützt, • eine hohe Transparenz und revisionssichere Nachvollziehbarkeit gewährleistet, • sowohl den Additionstarif als auch den Fremdvertrieb vollständig abrechnungstechnisch unterstützt, • flexibel an zukünftige Anforderungen angepasst werden kann. Das Clearing- und Abrechnungssystem muss zum 31.03.2027 vollständig zur Verfügung stehen und am 01.04.2027 in Betrieb genommen werden.
