Das Institut für Bauweisen und Strukturtechnologie des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raum-fahrt (DLR) Stuttgart beschäftigt sich mit Leichtbauweisen für die Luft- und Raumfahrt und seit mehr als 30 Jahren mit den Themen Crashsicherheit (Crashworthiness) und Hochgeschwindigkeitsaufprall (High Velocity Impact). Aufbauend auf international anerkannten wissenschaftlichen Kompetenzen in o.g. Forschungsbereichen lässt das Institut ein europaweit einmaliges Testzent-rums für sicherheitsrelevante Forschung an Luftfahrtstrukturen errichten, das sogenannte DLR-Center for Crash und Impact Test (CITE) und wird es anschließend betreiben. Am 1. Februar 2023 fand die Übergabe des Förderbescheids über 20,6 Millionen Euro vom Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Tourismus Baden-Württemberg an das DLR statt. Weitere vier Millionen Euro kommen aus Eigenmitteln des DLR (25 Millionen Euro: DLR baut Testzentrum für Luftfahrtstrukturen). Mit seinem europäischen Alleinstellungsmerkmal wird CITE zu einem zentralen Anlaufpunkt für europäische Luftfahrzeughersteller und die Zulassungsbehörde EASA. DLR-CITE baut auf den drei Säulen CITE-CRASH, CITE-IMPACT und CITE-DIGITAL auf, die im Folgenden kurz beschrieben werden: • CITE-CRASH: Prüfstände für Crashtests • CITE-IMPACT: Prüfstände für Hochgeschwindigkeitsimpacttests • CITE-DIGITAL: Digitale Plattform zur Vernetzung der realen und digitalen Welt und zur Kooperation mit Partnern. In CITE werden große Komponenten sowie Kleinflugzeuge, Hubschrauber oder Air-Taxis im Vollmaßstab getestet werden und somit deren Zertifizierung experimentell ermöglicht. Bei Crash-Tests steht der Aufprall von Luftfahrzeugen auf den Boden im Vordergrund, bei Impact-Tests beispielsweise der Aufprall von Kunstvögeln oder Hagel auf Impact-relevante Flugzeugbereiche. Die Testbedingungen sollen hochgradig reproduzierbar sein und damit höchste Ansprüche hinsichtlich Versuchs- und Messanforderungen erfüllen. The test kit(s) should contain all needed assay dependent products like reagents, calibrators, the manufacturer’s control samples, the method parameters for the LC-MS/MS instrumentation, product support and all other products needed for the assay except ordinary laboratory necessity, e.g. laboratory water, pipettes or glassware. The products are described in more detail in below in the invitation to tender. This is a total procurement, i.e. the procurement is not divided into lots. The offered solution must cover both plasma and urine testing. At present, the instrumentation available at HUS comprises LC from Shimadzu (Nexera 30 or 40) and MS/MS instruments from AB Sciex (5500+ Triple Quadrupole or Citrine) with Analyst MD 1.6.3. Hotfix 4 or SCIEX OS software versions. In addition, basic laboratory instrumentation like mixers, incubators, pipetting robots and centrifuges are available. The kits are intended for the detection and quantitative analysis of amino acids in plasma and urine. The amino acid profile allows diagnosis and monitoring of inborn errors of metabolism. At present, HUS runs approximately 1000 plasma and 200 urine patient sample tests yearly. The runs are performed in approximately 2-3 batches a week and about 5-10 samples in one batch. Samples should be able to prepare in vials. The contract period is 48 months. ESTIMATED VALUE At present, HUS runs approximately 1000 plasma and 200 urine patient sample tests yearly.
