Phase 1: Umbau von Innenräumen, Entfernen von Innenwänden, Bau neuer Kfz- und Elektrowerkstätten, Klassenzimmer, Nebenräume, Rollläden, Fassadenarbeiten und ein neues Zwischengeschoss-Büro. Phase 2: Abriss eines Nebengebäudes, neues Dach, Absturzsicherungen, Entfernung von drei Kaminen, Bau eines neuen Holzlagers und Vorbereitungsgebäudes, Umbau einer Garage mit neuem Rollladen, 10 zusätzliche Fahrradstellplätze sowie zugehörige Außen- und Landschaftsbauarbeiten.
