Ein Gebäude wird saniert, ein weiteres erweitert ein drittes neu gebaut. Die Installation der Wärmeversorgungs- und Kälteanlagen werden gem. den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik erfolgen. In "Gebäude 1" befindet sich die Heizzentrale. Darin befinden sich zwei Pufferspeicher, ein Heizkreisverteiler, sowie eine Gasbrennwerttherme zur Unterstützung der Wärmepumpen. Die Wärmepumpen befinden sich in den Außenanlagen. Von dem Heizkreisverteiler gehen die Leitungen zu den jeweiligen Gebäudeteilen und versorgen die einzelnen Heizflächen mit Wärme. In Gebäude 1 werden Heizkörper und Fußbodenheizflächen vorgesehen. In Gebäude 8 (Neubau) werden Fußbodenheizkreise vorgesehen. In Gebäude 7 werden neue Heizkörper installiert. Zudem versorgt der Heizkreisverteiler die Frischwasserstation, die sich in der Technikzentrale von Gebäude 6 befinden wird.
