Ziel ist die Gewährleistung einer verantwortungsvollen Nutzung von CDS-Datensätzen durch Qualitätssicherung, wissenschaftliche Qualitätsbewertung und Nutzungsberatung. Der Auftrag umfasst die operative Bereitstellung und Koordination der EQC-Aktivitäten über alle Datensatzkategorien hinweg, die Erstellung und Pflege autoritativer Qualitätsinformationen, die Ausrichtung an CDS-Governance und technischen Standards sowie die Kommunikation dieser Informationen an Nutzer und Nutzeroberflächen, inklusive Unterstützung einer LLM-basierten Suchfunktion. Der Auftragnehmer soll zudem auf Anfrage ad-hoc Qualitätsbewertungen zu spezifischen Themen für ECMWF erstellen.
