Art der Leistung Lüftung Umfang der Leistung Die AOK Niedersachsen betreibt seit ca. 1967 in der Brahmsstraße eine Geschäftsstelle mit Kundenberatungszentrum in einem eigens dafür errichteten Gebäude. In nachfolgenden Jahren wurden kleinere Umbau- und Sanierungsarbeiten durchgeführt, letztmalig 2004. Das Gebäude wird technisch und energetisch saniert und die Gestaltung der Büroräume modernisiert. Weitere Ziele lauten die Barrierefreiheit zu verbessern, den Brandschutz zu optimieren, sowie eine neue Gestaltung des Haupteingangs.
