Die Vergabe hat nach Einschätzung des Auftraggebers keine wesentlichen Auswirkungen auf Klima und Umwelt (gemäß Verordnung § 7-9 Absatz 5), da es sich um Beratungsdienstleistungen handelt, bei denen der Auftraggeber keinen Einfluss auf Klima- und Umweltaspekte nehmen kann.
