Beschaffung eines Vektor-Netzwerkanalyse-Systems (VNA) für Frequenzen von 10 MHz bis 250 GHz ohne Bandumschaltung. System muss Basis-VNA mit mindestens 4 Testports für differentielle S-Parameter bis 250 GHz, integrierte Bias-Tees (40V DC), interne Kombiner/Schalter für Dual-Tone-Messungen und eingebaute Dämpfungsglieder (50 dB) umfassen. Basis-Einheit muss bis mindestens 67 GHz reichen und mit mmWave-Frequenz-Extendern für 250 GHz kompatibel sein. Steuer- und Verteileinheit für RF/LO/IF-Signalpfade mit Phasen-/Frequenzsynchronisation erforderlich. Bewertungskriterien: Ausgangsleistung der Extender (bis 170/220/250 GHz, Min. -20 dBm im 220-250 GHz Bereich) und dynamischer Bereich (Min. 75 dB) in vier Frequenzbereichen. Zusätzliche Punkte für erweiterte Multiport-Fähigkeiten und Automatisierungsoptionen.
