Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW KölnKölnEs handelt sich um eine Erweiterung eines Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäudes in viergeschossiger Bauweise sowie um Arbeiten im Unter- und Erdgeschoss vom Bestandsgebäude. Die Erweiterung wird auf ein bestehendes Untergeschoss gebaut. Der Anschluss der neuen TGA-Medien wird an der bestehenden technische Infrastruktur im Untergeschoss ausgeführt. Eine Lüftungsanlage wird in der neugebauten Erweiterung in einer Lüftungszentrale installiert. Die Sanitärinstallationen bestehen aus ca. 100m Schmutzwasserleitungen aus Gusseisen, ca. 680 m Kondensatleitungen aus Edelstahl, ca. 75 m Regenwasserleitungen aus Gusseisen, ca. 50 m Löschwasserleitungen aus Edelstahl. Die Heizungsinstallationen bestehen aus dem Einbau von ca. 62 Stahlradiatorheizkörpern, ca. 1.300 m Heizungs-Stahlrohrleitungen. Die Lüftungs- und Kältetechnikinstallationen bestehen aus 1 Lüftungsgerät mit einer Gesamtluftmenge von ca. 1.300 m3/h, ca. 240 m2 verz. Lüftungskanäle, ca. 190 m Wickelfalz- oder Flexrohr, 14 Stck. eckige Schalldämpfer, 55 Stck. Einbauteile, wie Brandschutzklappen oder Volumenstrom-Konstanthalter, 36 Stck.
