Der Neubau des Pharmazeutischen Instituts für die Universität Bonn am Campus Endenich ist ein Ersatzneubau mit S1, S2 Laboren und Praktikumsräumen zur pharmazeutischen Forschung und Lehre sowie Büros, Hörsälen, Seminarräumen und einer Cafeteria. Der Leistungsumfang des Unternehmers umfasst die schlüssel- und gebrauchsfertige sowie funktionsgerechte Erstellung des kompletten Bauwerks einschließlich integrierter Planung. Dies umfasst sämtliche erforderliche Planungs- und Bauleistungen zur Erstellung und Übergabe eines mangelfreien und baurechtlich abgenommenen Bauwerkes. Hierzu gehören auch sämtliche Leistungen von Gutachtern, Sachverständigen und Prüfingenieuren soweit nicht anders beschrieben. Es wird ein energiesparendes Gebäude als Effizienshaus 40 und eine Zeritifizierung mit Silber nach BNB wird angestrebt. Das Projekt wird mit Building Information Modelling (BIM) geplant. Das Gebäude weist einen hohen Anteil an Laborflächen auf und ist damit sehr technisch orientiert. Folgende Institute und Abteilungen werden in dem Gebäude arbeiten:
