Objektüberwachung für den Abbruch des ehemaligen Pädagogischen Instituts der Universität Bonn in der Liegenschaft an der Römerstraße 164 in Bonn Castell. Sämtliche Gebäude sind schadstoffbelastet und werden zum Zeitpunkt des Abbruchs schadstofffrei sein. Die Schadstoffsanierung wurde im Januar 2025 begonnen und endet im Sommer 2026. Die Planungen zum Abbruch werden aktuell durchgeführt. Dazu wurde u.a. ein Konzept über die Tiefenentrümmerung von Gebäudeteilen entwickelt und liegt dieser Ausschreibung als Anlage bei. Des Weiteren wurde eine Machbarkeitsstudie Sprengung erstellt, diese ist ebenfalls als Anlage beigefügt. Die Totalabbruchleistungen werden als funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung ausgeschrieben und im Sommer vergeben.
