Umfang: Aushub ca. 16.000 m³, Verbau ca. 1.800 m, Bodenplatte ca. 3.100 m², Decken ca. 11.300 m², Betonwände ca. 8.000 m². Erdarbeiten: Handschachtung, Oberbodenabtrag, Baugrube ausheben (verschiedene Bodentypen), verunreinigte Böden abtragen, Haufwerksbeprobung, Abdecken mit Folie. Entsorgung nicht gefährlicher Abfälle (AVV170504) mit verschiedenen Belastungsstufen (BM-0, BM-F0*, BM-F3, SWS_1) in Verwertungsanlagen. Gründungspolster (mind. 0,40 m), Gründungssohle verdichten, Planum erstellen, Lastplattendruckversuche. Verbau: Trägerbohlwand (Bohrung, Durchm. 620 mm, Tiefe ca. 11 m) und Ankerbohrungen.
