Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Verpachtung eines passiven Glasfasernetzes an einen Dienstleister, welcher im Wege einer Dienstleistungskonzession als Auftragnehmerin (AN) den Netzbetrieb sicherstellt sowie Internet- und Telekommunikationsdienste auch als Bündelangebot an private und gewerbliche Endkunden gegen ein angemessenes Entgelt zur Verfügung stellt. Darüber hinaus obliegt der AN u.a. die Aufgabe, Nachfragern sowohl aktive als auch passive Vorleistungsprodukte unter Berücksichtigung der Veröffentlichungen durch das Bundesministerium und Verkehr vom 23.12.2024 (https://bmdv.bund.de/SharedDocs/DE/Anlage/DG/ vorleistungspreise.html) anzubieten. Hinzu kommen Leistungen der Wartung, Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung sowie Entstör- und Serviceleistungen sowie zugehörige Leistungen.
