Neuverlegung von 1.195 m² Betonwerksteinplatten in 3 Farbtönungen nach Verlegemuster (Halbverband) und Streifen; Überarbeitung von 1.240 m² bestehenden Bodenflächen (Ausschneiden der Fugenfüllung, Ersetzen beschädigter Platten, Reinigung, Neuverfugung, Feinschliff); Überarbeitung von Treppenläufen und Podesten in 8 Treppenhäusern: Ausbauen und Ersetzen beschädigter Winkelstufen, Reinigen und Schleifen (ca. 510 Stufen à 140-160 cm, ca. 50 Stufen à 70-105 cm); Reinigen und Schleifen von 28 Podestflächen (Gesamtfläche 135 m²); Lieferung und Einbau von 190 Fensterbänken aus Naturstein/Gabbro (Längen 80-105 cm). Besonderheit: Betonwerksteine bereits reserviert zu festgelegtem Preis.
