Betonsanierung / Betonerhaltungsarbeiten im Turmgebäude der Burg Wildeck (Baujahr ~1300) in 74232 Abstatt, Burg Wildeck 1. Nutzer der Liegenschaft ist die Staatliche Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt für Wein- und Obstbau (LVWO) am Standort Abstatt. Das Areal der LVWO in Abstatt befindet sich im Eigentum des Landes Baden-Württemberg. Die Betonsanierung wird in 1. Untergeschoss ausgeführt. Das Untergeschoss ist ein aus Natursteinen gemauerter Gewölbekeller (Tonnengewölbe). Zur Verstärkung des Tragwerks wurden nachträglich 16 Stahlbetonstützen eingebaut. Die Stützen sind fachgerecht Instand zu setzen, um die Tragfähigkeit dauerhaft sicherzustellen. Gebäudegeometrie: Abmessungen ca. B/L: 13,80 x 13,70 m - Untergeschoss ca. BGF(a): 112 m² RH: max. 3,95 m
