Anschaffung von drei Allrad-Transportern (Doppelkabiner, Kofferaufbau, 5,0-5,5t zGG, z.B. Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter oder gleichwertig) für die Staatliche Moorverwaltung Weser-Ems. Zweck: tägliche Transporte von Personal und Materialien zu Baustellen, Mitnahme von Dieseltreibstoff im Laderaum, Transport von Anbaugeräten für Baumaschinen per Anhänger (bis 3,5t zGG). Einsatz zu ca. 60 % auf befestigten Straßen und ca. 40 % auf unbefestigten Moorwegen/freiem Gelände. Erforderlich ist eine entsprechende Geländebereifung.
