Grund ist die strategische Neuausrichtung nach Übernahme der Gesellschaftsanteile durch das Evangelische Diakonissenhaus Berlin Teltow Lehnin. Das bisherige Krankenhausinformationssystem kann nicht weiterbetrieben werden. Ziel ist die Harmonisierung von Prozessen und digitalen Anwendungen mit dem Diakoniekrankenhaus Naëmi Wilke Guben für eine standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit (u.a. chirurgische Teams, OP-Koordination, Terminmanagement). Die Vergabe erfolgt als Verhandlungsvergabe ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb aufgrund von Dringlichkeit und Alleinstellung.
