Elektro- und Sicherheitstechnik für zwei Grundschulen in Essen: Los 1 (Berliner-Grundschule, Berliner Str. 57) und Los 2 (Cosmas-und-Damian-Grundschule). Für Los 1: Installation eines Elektroakustischen Notfallwarnsystems (ENS) im gesamten Gebäude (KG, EG, 1.-2. OG, DG, ca. 2100 m²) im Jahr 2026. Leitungsführung überwiegend in Kanälen/Rohren, teilweise oberhalb abgehängter Decken. Bohr- und Stemmarbeiten unter Beachtung TRGS 519/521; Befestigungsbohrungen nach BT30-Verfahren bei unklarer Schadstoffsituation. Bauseitige Schadstoffbefreiung der Wandflächen für Durchbrüche. Bestehende Brandwarnanlage bleibt erhalten, Signalgeber werden nach ENS-Inbetriebnahme zurückgebaut. Aufstellraum für SAZ wird errichtet. WC-Bereich im EG wird nach Sanierung bearbeitet.
