The process manager shall be a clear, structured and determined facilitator that ensures progress, involvement and anchoring at the contracting authority. Statsbygg will be responsible for the preparation of the OFP report, but the procured process leader shall ensure a structured and involving process internally at the contracting authority and between relevant actors, so that the necessary clarifications, decisions and basis are available for the work on the report.
