Während des Leadership Programms werden sog. Leader Peergroups gebildet. Diese bestehen aus 6 - 12 Personen, die das Leadership Programm gemeinsam durchlaufen und an den Seminarreihen teilnehmen. Die Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Führungskompetenzen sowie die Auseinandersetzung mit Führungsfragen ist Daueraufgabe jeder Führungskraft. Daher werden alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer auch nach Abschluss des Leadership Programms weiterhin unterstützt. Die im Rahmen des Leadership Programms eingerichteten Peergroups werden dauerhaft als Leader Performance Peergroups fortgeführt. Die Peergroups treffen sich regelmäßig zu örtlich und inahltlich selbständig organisierten Treffen von in der Regel eintägiger Dauer. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei die kollegiale Beratung zu eigenen Entwicklungsthemen, aktuelle Fragestellungen aus dem beruflichen Führungsalltag sowie Lernthemen.

Joint Command and Staff Course (JCSC) - Level 9 Masters in Leadership, Management and Defence Studies. b. Land Command and Staff Course (LCSC) - Level 9 Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership, Management and Defence Studies. c. Joint Cadet Course - Level 7 Diploma in Leadership, Management and Defence Studies. Tenderers should have a demonstrable and substantial expertise in Leadership, Management, Defence, Security and International Relations including the support of Research in these areas up to and including PhD (Level 10) standard.
