Beschaffung eines BD FACSDiscover A8 5 Laser 78 Detektoren von BD Biosciences. Das System umfasst Label-freie Imaging-Kanäle (Forward Scatter, SSC Imaging, Lightloss Imaging) sowie drei Fluoreszenz-Imaging-Kanäle (530/30nm, 600/60nm, 788/225nm) für räumliche Analysen von Proteinlokalisierung, Zellinteraktionen und Morphologie. Es generiert quantitative Bildparameter wie Fläche, Perimeter, Aspektverhältnis, Exzentrizität, Diffusivität, Korrelation, Distanz und Radiales Moment. Anwendungen: Identifikation subzellulärer Proteinlokalisierung, Detektion von Zell-Zell-Interaktionen, Diskriminierung von Hefezellen und Aggregaten, Analyse von Phagozytose, label-freie morphologische Studien. Ergänzend verfügt das System über Full-Spectrum-Durchflusszytometrie mit 5-Laser-Konfiguration (349nm UV, 405nm Violett, 488nm Blau, 561nm Gelb-Grün, 637nm Rot), 78 Fluoreszenzdetektoren zur Erfassung vollständiger Emissionsspektren und 8 Streu- und Imaging-Detektoren.
