Die öffentliche Vergabebekanntmachung beinhaltet die Sanierung der Sporthalle der Berufsbildenden Schulen 3 des Landkreises Göttingen. Der Auftrag umfasst die Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI 2021 für die Komplettsanierung des Sporthallendaches, die thermische Sanierung und die Brandschutzertüchtigung des Umkleidetraktes. Die Sporthalle wurde 1987-1989 geplant und 1989-1990 errichtet. Die Sanierungskosten betragen KG 300+400 des Gesamtmaßnahmen. Die Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 der Tragwerksplanung wurden bereits erbracht. Die Sanierung soll die Komplettsanierung des Sporthallendaches, die Ersetzung der energetisch veralteten Lichtkuppeln und die Ergänzung von Deckenstrahheizungen umfassen.
