Instandsetzung und Umbau des Gesundheit für das Alter (GFA) Bürgerasyl-Pfrundhaus: Generalplanungsleistungen (unter Vorbehalt der Kreditgenehmigung). Die Gebäude im Stadtzentrum sind unterhaltsintensiv und weisen betriebliche sowie bauliche Mängel auf. Eine Erneuerung und Modernisierung ist erforderlich, insbesondere aufgrund der maroden sanitären Installationen. Im Rahmen der Instandsetzung sollen betriebliche und bauliche Optimierungen vorgenommen werden, um den Betrieb an ein zeitgemässes GFA anzupassen. Die Liegenschaften und Gärten sind von hohem kunst- und kulturhistorischen Wert und als Schutzobjekte von überkommunaler Bedeutung erfasst. Beschaffung von Generalplanungsleistungen (BKP 298.1) mit den Fachbereichen Architektur/Bauamanagement, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektroingenieurwesen, HLKK-Ingenieurwesen und Sanitäringenieurwesen.
