Auftragsgegenstand sind Objektplanung LPH 8 und 9 (HOAI 2021) sowie besondere Leistungen: örtliche Bauüberwachung, Fertigungsüberwachung, abfallrechtliche Begleitung, SiGeKo und ökologische Baubegleitung. Bauleistungen umfassen u.a. Abbruch (Stahlbeton 705 m³, Spannbeton 130 t), Erdarbeiten (ca. 3.245 m³), Betonbau (1.310 m³) sowie Verlegung von 720 m 30kV Bahnkabel.
