Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft - Einkauf B12Beschreibung: 2 Stück: Prober 300mm Zur automatisierten Charakterisierung von Schaltungen im Millimeterwellenbereich bis ca. 250 GHz mittels S-Parameter- und Leistungs-Messungen werden zwei Waferprober benötigt, die höchste Anforderungen an die Positioniergenauigkeit erfüllen. Kontaktflächen ("Pads") von ca. 10µm müssen über eine "Wafer"-Fläche von ø300 mm präzise und mit hoher Reproduzierbarkeit angefahren werden können. Da diese Wafer in der Höhe um ca. ±10µm variieren können, bedarf es einer automatischen Höhenkorrektur (Z-Profiling). Eine Temperatur-Regelung des Chucks ist notwendig.
