Die zu verwertenden Grünabfälle (Treibsel) sind kompostierbare Abfälle und fallen gemäß Anhang 1 zur BioAbfV, Zeile 28 der Tabelle, unter die Abfallschlüsselnummer EAK 20 02 01. Für Treibsel besteht nach § 10 der BioAbfV eine Behandlungs- und Untersuchungspflicht nach §§ 3 und 4. Bestandteil der Leistung ist der Abtransport und die Verwertung des Treibsels aus der Deichunterhaltung.
