Stadtwerke Andernach GmbHAndernachDeadline: Sep 07Im bestehenden Rheinhafen Andernach wurden an der Uferspundwand des Stromhafens Schäden festgestellt. Lokal weist die vorhandene Uferspundwand starke Kopfverformungen Richtung Rhein auf. Darüber hinaus ist die vorhandene Spundwand unverankert als auch für die örtlichen Verhältnisse mit einer geringen Einbindung ausgeführt. Aufgrund der aufgetretenen Schäden sowie der Bauteilabmessungen ist die vorhandene Uferspundwand und das unmittelbar angrenzende Hafengelände als nicht mehr standsicher eingestuft. Um die Standsicherheit und Gebrauchstauglichkeit der Liege- und Umschlagstellen im Stromhafen auch in Zukunft gewährleisten zu können, ist eine Sanierung der Hafenspundwand erforderlich. Der Stromhafen Andernach befindet sich westlich des Hafens Andernach am Rhein zwischen Rhein-km 611,732 und Rhein-km 612,620. Im Bereich zwischen Rhein-km 611,732 und 612,255 befinden sich die zwei zu sanierenden Abschnitte. Rheinabwärts bis Rhein-km 612,620 liegt der „0. BA“, welcher bereits mit einer neuen Uferspundwand saniert wurde. Das vorhandene Ufer hinter der Spundwand ist teilgeböscht ausgeführt. Am Kopf der Spundwand befindet sich eine Stahlbetonberme, welche in eine durch vergossene Wasserbausteine gesicherte Böschung übergeht. Am Kopf der Böschung befinden sich das Fundament einer ehemaligen Kranbahn sowie ein, elektrotechnisch zurückgebauter, Stromkanal. Erkundungen und Schürfe haben lokal weitere Fundament-Reste unterhalb der Hafenflächen ergeben, welche im Zuge der Maßnahme abzubrechen und zu entsorgen sind. Die befestigten Hafenflächen beginnen ab Hinterkante Kranbahnbalken und grenzen im Süden an die Straße „Uferstraße“. Bei Rhein-km 612.092 (Bauanfang) schließt die Spundwand an die bereits erneuerte Spundwand des 1. BA an. Am Rhein-km 612,255 (Bauende) schließt die vorhandene Uferspundwand an die bestehende Spundwand (Hafenbeckeneinfahrt) an. Bei der vorhandenen Uferspundwand im Baubereich handelt es sich um Doppelbohlen Larssen III aus Stahl mit einer Länge von ca. 7 - 9 m und einer Oberkante bei ca. +54,10 m NN. Die Uferspundwand ist nicht rückverankert. Die Geländeoberkante oberhalb der Uferböschung liegt bei ca. +58,40 m und steigt zur „Uferstraße“ mit einer Querneigung von ca. 3% bis 6% an. Entlang der Uferspundwand sind im 2. und 3. BA fünf Böschungstreppen in einem Abstand von ca. 35 m aus Stahlbeton vorhanden. Zudem sind an der Böschungsoberkante sieben Poller mit Stahlbeton Fundament integriert. Steigleitern als auch Nischenpoller sind im Bestand nicht vorhanden. Der zu erbringende Leistungsumfang wird in folgende Lose unterteilt. Los 1 (Uferbefestigung, 1. BA) (bereits beauftragt, fertiggestellt) Los 2 (Platzbefestigung) (bereits beauftragt) Los 3 (Uferbefestigung, 2. und 3. BA) Hier vergeben wird Los 3.
