ASB Baden-Württemberg plant Neubau einer Rettungswache in Hörenhausen (Schwendi) direkt an der L1268 für 2 Rettungswagen, 3 Krankentransporter, Kommandowagen und Notarzteinsatzfahrzeug. Bau: eingeschossige Fahrzeughalle mit Tiefgarage (Lagerräume, Gerätepflege) sowie zweigeschossiger Anbau für Einsatzabwicklung, Aufenthalt, Verwaltung, Technik. Raumgrößen orientieren sich an VwF-F-RD-Mindestangaben. Vergabe umfasst: Objektplanung Gebäude/Innenräume (HOAI §34, LP 2-9), Objektplanung Freianlagen (HOAI §39, LP 2-9), TGA-Fachplanung (HOAI §55, Anlagengruppen 1-5, optional 7+8, LP 1-9), Tragwerksplanung (HOAI §51, LP 1-6) sowie Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz, Energiebilanzierung). Angebote basieren auf bereits erbrachten Planungsleistungen (LP 1, anteilig LP 2), die Bewerbern zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bisheriges Architekturbüro darf sich beteiligen.
