Vergabe eines Bauaufsehs (Civil/Structural/Architectural Clerk of Works) für die Dauer der Bauausführung und Übergabe des Tyndall North Projekts. Weiterhin: separates zweistöckiges Versorgungsgebäude (ca. 190 m²) mit Umspannwerk, eine ummauerte Zentralgasanlage, zwei Fahrradstellanlagen, Neugestaltung des zentralen Parkplatzes (154 Stellplätze) und landschaftsgärtnerische Arbeiten.
