Die AOK Baden-Württemberg hat in den vergangenen Monaten ein umfassendes Zielbild für das Omnikanal-Management (OKM), das darin besteht, die Kundenkommunikation konsequent an den Bedürfnissen der Versicherten, nachfolgend: "Kund:Innen", auszurichten und gleichzeitig die Arbeitsabläufe für die Mitarbeitenden zukunftssicher, effizient und entlastend zu gestalten, um so eine gleichbleibende Qualität ungeachtet des Fachkräftemangels sicher zu stellen. Die Services unterteilen sich strukturell in die persönliche Beratung vor Ort als Premiumservice im Sinn GesundNAH, in die telefonische - geroutete - Beratung und die Bereitstellung digitaler Services mit einer klaren Kommunikation der bestehenden Servicelandschaft zur Deckung der Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen. Gegenstand der eingeleiteten Ausschreibung sind Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen zur Erreichung dieses Zielbildes. Details sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung dargestellt.
