Over time, the windows that enclose the building on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors were replaced with PVC joinery and thermally insulating glass, but the original joinery, made of simple, metal or wood joinery, still exists. The ground floor houses, for the most part, warehouses for car parts.The interior and exterior finishes are damaged, including the roof. The participants shall receive individually adapted follow-up and guidance in job searching, career choices and restructuring. The initiative shall be organised as a company and it shall give participants relevant experience with work forms that they can meet in a real work situation. A central entity in the contract will be market and network work aimed at relevant employers and positions. Follow-up shall provide assistance with the intention that participants shall receive and/or retain work. The aim is that the tenderer shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-dependent through permanent connection to working life. The project provides enhanced opportunities for knowledge exchange and capacity-building activities within the telecommunications sector between Europe and Africa, as well as among African countries. This contributes to improved inclusive access to and use of meaningful connectivity, thereby creating digital opportunities and supporting Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals through enhanced socio-economic opportunities for all. iPRIS involves National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) in 43 Sub-Saharan African countries and four Regional Regulatory Organisations (RROs), as well as NRAs in EU Member States. In addition, the initiative involves a broad range of stakeholders, with Stockholm University (SPIDER/DSV) acting as the coordinating institution. iPRIS consists of two workstreams. Workstream 1 focuses on capacity building for the NRAs, while Workstream 2 focuses on capacity building for the RROs.
