Beschaffung eines GC-QTOF-Systems (Gaschromatographie gekoppelt mit hochauflösender Quadrupol-Flugzeit-Massenspektrometrie) für untargeted Metabolomik von Mikroben. Ziel ist der Aufbau einer kuratierten Datenbank von Stamm-spezifischen metabolischen und flüchtigen Profilen. Das System muss umfassende, reproduzierbare Datenerfassung für chemisch diverse, stammabhängige Metabolome (flüchtige, semi-flüchtige, derivatisierte Metabolite) über einen weiten dynamischen Bereich ermöglichen. Anforderungen: hohe Massengenauigkeit und Auflösung zur Zuordnung elementarer Zusammensetzung und Unterscheidung isobarer Verbindungen via Fragmentation, Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Chromatogramme mit Koelution, hohe Molekülionen-Intensität im Ionisationsquell zur Fragmentationsanalyse in komplexen Proben ohne Basislinientrennung, Unterstützung von SPME-Headspace-Probenahme für mikrobielle flüchtige organische Verbindungen (mVOCs).
