Los 1: Für Bereiche außerhalb von BAB, mit Anforderungen wie Messungen in Kurven, von Motorrädern, Pkw und Lkw sowie in beide Fahrtrichtungen ohne Neueinrichtung. Benötigt regelmäßig eine zweite Kamera zur Dokumentation. Los 2: Für BAB und ähnliche Bereiche mit bis zu drei Fahrstreifen. Muss Fahrzeuge auf weiter Distanz und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit beweissicher dokumentieren. Soll über wenige Einzelkomponenten verfügen, um den Standstreifen nicht betreten zu müssen. Zweite Kamera optional, aber wünschenswert für strategische Flexibilität.
