Der Abschnitt ist eine bauliche und elektrische Verlängerung von Los 2 in Richtung UW Göhl. Eine Vergabe an einen neuen Auftragnehmer ist aufgrund fehlender WA-Diff-Masten im Übergangsbereich technisch untrennbar mit Los 2 verbunden, was zu erheblichen Problemen, Verzögerungen und Reibungsverlusten führen würde.
