Die Erweiterung umfasst 103 Lkw-Stellplätze, 103 Pkw-Stellplätze, 4 Bus-Stellplätze und einen 150 m langen Aufstellbereich für Großraum- und Schwertransporte. Drei Ingenieurbauwerke werden errichtet, darunter eine Lärmschutzwand und ein Stützbauwerk aus Gabionen. Die Anlage bleibt während des Ausbaus geöffnet und wird in mehreren Bauphasen erweitert.
