BIM-Management und BIM-Gesamtkoordination für den Streckenabschnitt A 565 vom AK Bonn-Nord (ohne Kreuz) bis zur AS Bonn-Beuel östlich des Rheins, inkl. AS Bonn-Auerberg und AS Bonn-Beuel. Die Maßnahme umfasst mehrere Bauwerke, die abzureißen und neu zu bauen sind. Das Projekt befindet sich aktuell in Leistungsphase 2 HOAI (Vorplanung) mittels BIM. Die Autobahn GmbH legt voraussichtlich im 1. Quartal 2026 die Vorzugsvariante fest. Anschließend folgen parallele Verfahren: Verkehrsanlagen- und Umweltplanung (LPH 3-4), Gestaltungs- und Realisierungswettbewerb für die Rheinbrücke Bonn-Nord (LPH 3 und 6) sowie Verkehrsanlagenplanung (LPH 5-6). Der externe BIM-Manager und die BIM-Gesamtkoordination sollen das Projektteam ab Beginn der Leistungsphase 3 (geplant ab April 2026) bis zum Start des Genehmigungsverfahrens plus einem Monat Übergangszeit (bis 01/2029) unterstützen.
