"Planungsleist. BNB-Koordination zur Sicherstellung der Zertifizierung des Bauvorhabens in BNB-Silber od. höher. Umfang: alle zur Sicherstellung der vorgesehenen Zertifizierung notwendigen Leistungen (Beratung, Koordination, Prüfung u. Dokumentation der Leistungen aller am Projekt fachlich Beteiligter einschl. Nachweisführung u. Einreichung bei der Konformitätsprüfungsstelle). Der Bewerber muss Lizenz/Urkunde f. Koordination Nachhaltiges Bauen n. Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB)/DGNB Auditor (od. gleichwertig) vorlegen. Erweiterungsbau für das FhI-IISB in Erlangen. Es ist das vorhandene Grundstück des IISB für den Erweiterungsbau C zu nutzen. Neubau: Arbeitsstätte für ca. 98 Mitarbeitende, Nutzungsfläche NUF 1 - 6 von ca. 1.976 m². Bestandteil des Raumprogramms: Schaffung von 74 Büroarbeitsplätzen mit einer Fläche von ca. 800 m² und ca. 745 m² für eine Versuchshalle, Quellenräume und elektrotechnische Arbeitsräume. Zuwendungsmaßnahme nach RZBau."
