The Biobanker Department procures a modern, flexible pipetting robot to handle biological samples securely, efficiently, and traceably. It automates aliquoting, transfers data to LIMS, normalizes DNA samples based on external concentration data, and integrates with existing IT/instruments. The robot offers user-friendly methods adaptable to different materials and volumes without advanced programming. Delivery includes one instrument, installation, programming, training, service agreement, and optional consumables/equipment. Objective: increase capacity and accuracy for biomaterials like blood, plasma, serum, urine, and DNA.

Pipetting robot for the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete pipetting robot, including software and any necessary licence(s) for intended use, to the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF. The pipetting robot shall be delivered with UV light, thermosclers and a fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 v2 and KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of associated equipment dependant consumables. An option is to be offered for service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels, service courses, extended training in programming/advanced functions (if offered), suitable table for lab (if table model), barcode reader with the necessary software (if offered), fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 ctDNAv2, programming and verification of the modified Roche KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2 protocol and other life costs (spare parts/wearing parts/maintenance parts). The option for a suitable table applies for 4 years from the last electronic signing date. Other options apply from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The consumption of equipment dependent consumables can vary from year to year. The estimated pipetting extent is approx. 700 samples per annum. The maximum pipetting scope is 2,000 samples per annum. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The pipetting robot shall be used to pipet patient samples and reagents for preparing NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library for small and medium scale analyses/research project. The background for the procurement is increased use of NGS in routine operations, clinical studies and research projects, and as a result there is a greater need for flexibility in all parts of the analysis process. 26016 - Contract for the procurement of a 'upgrading control system for pumping station'.
Description of the procurement The existing PLS control from Siemens is old, outdated and is out of production. · The existing CPU will be replaced with Simatic S7 - 1500 with the accompanying I/O modules. · There are also old WAGO PLSs in the existing installations, which will be replaced with ET200 SP I/O modules. · The service panel shall be replaced with the TP 700 panel from Siemens. · The existing profibuss cabling shall be replaced with a new profinet installed by Rexroth. · Updating of the existing form and changes in Eplan. · Adapted interface for Waagner Biro · Programming and commissioning (agreed with Waagner Biro so that this fits into their schedule) · Updating Eplan P8 (2026) documentation including terminal, cable, layout charts, data lists as well as an overview of necessary electrical components. Table of Truth. · Siemens Norway Scalance will move from the fifth gallery to the pump station and get it online. Justification for contract award without a prior notice. The procurement is planned to be carried out without a competition pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations (LOA§4, FOA §13-4 letter b2) as the contract can only be delivered by one tenderer for technical reasons. As the procurement includes changes and further development of the existing software, only the original supplier has the necessary access to and competence in the source code in order to implement the changes in a secure and reliable manner. This is necessary in order to ensure the system's functionality and security. The contract is planned to be awarded Bosch Rexroth AS, who is a supplier of the relevant system and has the necessary competence for delivery, installation and follow-up. Deadline for objections This decision has been carefully considered to ensure that it fulfils the requirements of the act, while safeguarding our needs in an effective way. We want to uphold the principles of openness and transparency in the process.
