This lot covers the provision of fixed connectivity services to Uisce Éireann sites, including offices, depots, plants, and other operational locations. Services will encompass both wired connectivity (e.g., fibre circuits) and a range of wireless technologies such as satellite, radio, microwave, and mobile solutions, as well as traditional telephony connectivity where required. The scope includes all associated hardware, installation works, and ongoing billing and service management activities. This will be established as a multi vendor lot, with one primary supplier and a cascading arrangement enabling award to additional suppliers where the primary vendor is unable to meet specific requirements. National Treatment Purchase FundDublinDeadline: Sep 18The National Treatment Purchase Fund (the “NTPF”) hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Healthcare Providers to submit tenders for the establishment of a Multiparty Framework of Private Healthcare Providers for the Provision of Additional Inpatient and Outpatient services (the “Framework”). This procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime applicable to social and other specific services pursuant to the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 284/2016), as amended, and the relevant provisions of Directive 2014/24/EU. The procurement is being conducted using the Open Procedure and is subject to the applicable requirements and principles of equal treatment, non-discrimination, transparency, proportionality and competition. The NTPF may specify service volumes and implementation arrangements through Call-Off Contracts awarded in accordance with the Framework Agreement and the procurement documents. The NTPF wishes to appoint Healthcare Provider(s) for each of the Lots indicated below. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENDeadline: Sep 04The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions. Commission for Regulation of UtilitiesDublinSection 47 of the 1999 Act, which refers to section 45 of the Electricity Supply Act 1927, gives the Contracting Authority legal powers to decide to grant or refuse to grant a special order on the application of ESB, or of a holder of an authorisation to construct or reconstruct a generating station for the purpose of supply to final customers, or to construct an interconnector, or of a person who has applied for such an authorisation, in certain circumstances. Section 45 of the Electricity Supply Act sets out the legal basis for the compulsory acquisition of any land, easement, or other right over land, or to acquire or use compulsorily any right over land by special order. Section 45 also establishes a procedure for exercising that compulsory acquisition power. In considering whether or not to grant a special order the Contracting Authority may hold a public inquiry. This legislation can be found on www.irishstatutebook.ie and the revised acts, administrative consolidations of the legislation, can be found on www.lawreform.ie. The Contracting Authority expects that one or more applications for a special order may be received and is seeking (by this Competition) to appoint a framework of Inspectors. The Contracting Authority is seeking an Inspector to review, chair a public inquiry (if required), prepare a written reasoned report, assess the relevant information and make a recommendation to the Commissioners on an application for a special order(s). The Contracting Authority is proposing that a panel of Inspectors be procured. The Inspector will work closely with a secretariat, who will provide all administrative, logistical, technical and environmental supports, where required, to complete the review. European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF)BolognaDeadline: Sep 12The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) intends to issue an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for an IP Transit service to complement its current external connectivity capabilities. ECMWF relies on external network connectivity for acquisition of observation data, the dissemination of operational data products, and external access to services hosted in its Bologna Data Centre. Currently this includes a resilient 100 Gbps IP transit service provided by the GARR consortium and, historically, a lower-capacity managed private IP network through Regional Meteorological Data Communications Network (RMDCN). With the planned retirement of RMDCN, product dissemination will increasingly depend on general-purpose Internet connectivity. To improve resilience, supplier diversity and operational continuity, ECMWF intends to procure an additional independent IP transit service from a second Internet Service Provider, complementary to the existing GARR consortium service. The envisaged service should provide scalable bandwidth up to 100 Gbps on Day One and be supported by a contractual service level agreement, including a target service availability of at least 99.95%, defined restoration targets, 24/7 incident support, proactive monitoring and reporting, clear maintenance and escalation procedures, support for BGP-based Internet routing, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, suitable physical hand-off options, and sufficient technical and commercial flexibility to support ECMWF’s high-availability operational dissemination requirements. The intended service duration is 3 years with possible 2-year extension. The estimated date of publication of a contract notice within this procedure and of the ITT is 11 September 2026.
