The framework agreement includes the following works: Annual inspections The annual inspection includes two meetings, in one turn, a check of the gas warning system + one calibration is carried out in the second turn-out, only one calibration will be carried out. Maintenance Maintenance means repairs, replacements and improvements of deviations (errors and shortcomings) on the installations in order for them to function as intended. The framework agreement will consist of two sub-contracts; one contract for inspections and thermographing of electrical installations etc. and one contract for service and maintenance of a ventilation system. As part of the preparation of the competition, the contracting authority wants a dialogue with the market before the competition is announced. The aim of the dialogue is to get input for the tender documentation so that it is clear, competitive and feasible for suppliers. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections.
