Tender description
Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of the design, delivery and management of enterprise capability development programmes focused on sustainability, business competitiveness, resilience and responsible growth. The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competition for an Initial Call-off Contract for Sustainable Growth Workshops: A Multi-sectoral, Sustainability Planning, Emissions Measurement and Risk Programme in 2026/2027. The contract will be awarded to the successful tenderer , with workshops expected to commence in Q4 2026.

Framework agreement for the procurement of sustainable bio-fuel for VAV - Bulk delivery
VAV needs access to sustainable bio-fuel for the agency ́s vehicles and machines in order to be operative in daily operation and in stand-by situations. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period, including options. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. VAV will enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of bio-fuel in bulk delivered to the tank facilities as stated in the table in the tender enquiry.
