The contracting authority needs to ensure continuous access to standardised concrete products for daily maintenance, acute and planned improvements and new installations of the municipal road network in Trondheim. Attention is relating to the fact that the procurement is only for purchases of goods. The setting down and accompanying contract work will be carried out by the contracting authority itself. The concrete products shall primarily be used for: Operation, maintenance and replacement of sand trap manholes. Replacement and new establishment of concrete pipes in various dimensions. Traffic safety measures, including securing site areas, roads and places when using physical barrier material (concrete pig/jersey stone). The framework agreement shall be based on a combination of two delivery models: Delivery from tenderers (call-offs with delivery): Tenderers must have the capacity to transport and deliver products directly to Valøya or stated construction sites within the municipality ́s borders. Collection at the tenderer (call-off with self-collection): In order to ensure efficient operation, the contracting authority must be able to collect products themselves with separate vehicles. It is therefore a requirement that the tenderer ́s delivery place/storage place must be located within a maximum driving distance of 1 hour from the contracting authority ́s main facility at Valøya.

As a part of district heating development, the contracting authority has, in periods, a need for extra capacity. Typical work assignments that are included in this contract (not exhaustively, other assignments can occur): · Welding on county road pipes in the dimensions up to and including DN250 · Muffing on county road pipes in dimensions up to and including Ø 450 mm. The work place will be on the Contracting Authority's projects/sites in Nord-Jæren. Most of the contracting authority ́s district heating installations are located in Stavanger, Sandnes and Sola municipalities. The work will mainly take place outside in ditches in urban areas. Project work connected to district heating will mainly be carried out by the Contracting Authority's own installers/welders. The Contracting Authority can, however, use the Supplier for welding and movable work on district heating pipes at periods with many assignments and high activity. When working in ditches that can contain a lot of existing infrastructure, it can often be challenging to plan progress in a structured and rational way. The tenderer must expect to move between different projects, i.e. building and construction sites, within the working day/work period that each Call-off applies to. There may also be instances where the tenderer must move within a project during the work day. The tenderer's personnel will be managed/led by the Contracting Authority's project manager and the Contracting Authority presents the necessary material and work basis/drawings.Framework agreement for winter maintenance
OFA IKSGJERSTADGjerstad municipality shall enter into framework agreements for winter maintenance on municipal roads. The framework agreement is for the hire of tractors and possibly other machines with drivers for snow clearing and clearing municipal roads/open spaces. Winter operations mainly comprise routine operational assignments, stand-by assignments and reports to the contracting authority. The term operational assignments includes snow clearing and gritting of roads, car parks and foot paths/pavements etc. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to ensure that winter maintenance is carried out in accordance with the current service level (self-call-out) in accordance with the current requirements. The contracting authority has the right to call out the tenderer to perform services under the contract when he sees a need for this or finds this appropriate. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please refer to part 2 Annex 1 with sub-annex. The procurement is divided into two lots. This sub-contract is for lot 1 - Fiane, Brokelandsheia and Gjerstad.
