Abdichtungsarbeiten Sanierung Festhalle-Opladen, Opladener Platz 5a, 51379 Leverkusen Die Festhalle Opladen, zugehörig zum Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium wird einer umfassenden Sanierung unterzogen. Die Sanierung umfasst die gesamte Gebäudehülle sowie die komplette Bühnentechnik inkl. der gebäudetechnischen Einrichtung. Das LV Reaktivabdichtung Untergeschoss umfasst folgende Leistungen: - ca. 560 m2 Untergrundvorbereitung durch Fräsen horizontal - ca. 320 m2 Untergrundvorbereitung durch Fräsen vertikal - ca. 560 m2 horizontale FPD Abdichtung (flexible polymermodifizierte Dickbeschichtung) - ca. 320 m2 vertikale FPD Abdichtung (flexible polymermodifizierte Dickbeschichtung) - ca. 165 m2 Zementestrich auf Trennlage als Schutzbelag - ca. 150 m2 Schutzbeläge aus OSB Platten Die Maßnahme wird bauablaufbedingt in max. drei zeitlich getrennten Abschnitten erfolgen.
