Für die Lüftungsinstallation im Verwaltungsgebäude sind folgende Leistungen vorgesehen: 1x Lüftungsgerät (ca. 700 m³/h mit WRG und Regelung), 1x Lüftungsgerät (ca. 1.000 m³/h mit WRG und Regelung), 1x Split-Klimaanlage, 1x Raumluftentfeuchtungsgerät, 10x Einzelraum-Ablüfter. Luftkanaleinbauten umfassen: 4x Kulissen-Schalldämpfer, 18x Rohr-/Telefonie-Schalldämpfer, 12x Volumenstromregler, 14x Brandschutzklappen. Luftauslässe sind 3x Wetterschutzgitter, 18x Lüftungsgitter, 2x Tellerventile. Es werden ca. 285 m verzinkter Lüftungskanal u. Formstücke (teilweise Dämmung), ca. 335 m Wickelfalzrohre mit Lippendichtung und Formstücke sowie ca. 450 kg Profilstahl für Sonderbefestigungen benötigt.
