Rettungsweg, Brandschutztüren). Komplette Erneuerung der technischen Anlagen: Trinkwasseranlage und Sanitäreinrichtungen im Hauptgebäude erneuern; Ölkesselanlage (10.000 l Erdtank) durch moderne Heiztechnik ersetzen, Wärmeverteilung prüfen; Lüftungsanlage für Veranstaltungssaal im OG ersetzen, Notwendigkeit einer mechanischen Lüftung des Gastraums prüfen; Stromversorgung unterdimensioniert, Haupt- und Unterverteilungen anpassen, Installation in UG/EG/OG/DG prüfen, Möglichkeit einer PV-Anlage untersuchen.
